摘要
目的探讨镍钛根管治疗中行护理安全管理对患者VAS评分的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月~2017年1月收治的80例接受镍钛根管治疗的患者,依据护理方法将其分为两组,即护理安全管理组(n=40)和常规基础护理组(n=40),对两组患者的PIS指数、VAS评分、不良事件发生情况进行统计分析。结果护理安全管理组患者的PIS指数(1.05±0.15)显著低于常规基础护理组(2.45±0.40)(P<0.05),附着高度、炎症消退、咀嚼功能、整体美观VAS评分(6.31±1.80)分、(6.91±1.01)分、(7.30±1.00)分、(7.20±1.20)分均显著低于常规基础护理组的(8.05±1.87)分、(7.91±1.02)分、(8.01±1.02)分、(8.06±1.26)分(P<0.05),不良事件发生率2.5%(1/40)显著低于常规基础护理组20.0%(8/40)(P<0.05)。结论镍钛根管治疗中行护理安全管理能够有效降低患者的VAS评分,并降低患者的PIS指数及不良事件发生率,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing safety management in nickel-titanium root canal treatment on VAS score of patients. Methods 80 patients with nickel titanium root canal treatment in our hospital from January2015 to January 2017 were enrolled and divided into two groups including nursing safety management group（n=40） and conventional basic nursing group（n=40） according to nursing methods. The PIS index, VAS score, adverse events were statistically analyzed between the two groups of patients. Results The PIS index（1.05±0.15） was significantly lower in the nursing safety management group than（2.45±0.40） in the conventional basic nursing group（P〈0.05）. The VAS scores of attachment height, inflammation resolution, chewing function and the overall appearance were（6.31 ± 1.80） points,（6.91±1.01） points,（7.30±1.00） points and（7.20±1.20） points in the nursing safety management group, significantly lower than（8.05±1.87） points,（7.91±1.02） points,（8.01±1.02） points,（8.06±1.26） points in the conventional basic nursing group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse events was 2.5%（1/40） in the nursing safety management group, which was significantly lower than that of the conventional basic nursing group（20.0%, 8/40）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing safety management applied in nickel-titanium root canal treatment can effectively reduce the VAS score,and reduce the PIS index and the incidence of adverse events in patients, which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
