细胞结合青霉素酶在金黄色葡萄球菌耐药中的作用

摘要 本文报道了从南京地区临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌85053总青霉素酶、细胞结合青霉素酶和胞外青霉素酶活力,进行了胞外青霉素酶体外消除试验。胞外青霉素酶经体外消除后,32μg/ml青霉素,32μg/ml氨苄青霉素及32μg/ml羧苄青霉素显示杀菌作用,在与之对照的试管稀释法试验中,256μg/ml青霉素,128μg/ml氨苄青霉素和128μg/ml羧苄青霉素显示相似的杀菌作用。由于苯唑青霉素耐青霉素酶,在上述两种实验体系中,8μg/ml苯唑青霉素杀菌效果几乎一致。结果表明,胞外青霉素酶体外消除后,细胞结合青霉素酶对青霉素、氨苄青霉素、羧苄青霉素及苯唑青霉素仍具耐药作用。 The activities of total penicillinase, cell-bound penicillinase and exopenicillinase in Staphylococcus aureus 85053, isolated clinically in Nanjing, were determined. In elimination of exopenicillinase in vitro, when the exopenicillinase was washed off, only 32 μg/ml penicillin, ampicillin and carbenicillin exhibited bactericidal effects. In broth dilution test, whereas 256 μg/ml penicillin, 128 μg/ml ampicillin and 128 μg/ml carbenicillin were required to yield bactericidal effects. Because of penicillinase-resistance, oxacillin showed almost same bactericidal effects at 8 μg/ml in above two test systems. The experimental results demonstrated that after elimination of exoenzyme, the cell-bound penicillinase might be capable of constituting a barrier to protect S. aureus 85053 from certain concentrations of penicillin, ampicillin, carbenicillin and oxacillin.
