摘要
目的:研究双黄连粉针与头孢唑啉协同作用的机制。方法:用试管稀释法测定以上两药单用及合用时对金葡菌的体外最低抑菌浓度( MIC) ,并将达MIC 试管内的金葡菌用电镜进行超微结构观察。结果:两药合用分别使它们对金葡菌的MIC 下降6-7 倍和2 倍。电镜可见细菌细胞壁、细胞膜破坏明显,内容物流出。同浓度下,合用比单用时细菌结构改变明显。结论:两药合用,对细菌细胞壁等结构的破坏作用显著增强。
OBJECTIVE:To study the synergistic mechanism of Shuanghuanglian injection(SHL)in combination with cefazolin(Cf).METHODS:MICs of two drugs to Staphylococcus aureus(ST) were detected in vitro separately and mixedly with tube-dilution method.The ultrastructure of ST taken from tube with MICs of drugs was observed with electron microscope. RESULTS:The MICs of SHL and Cf in combined use were 6.7 times and twice lower than those in separate use,respectively.Under electron microscope,the damage of cell wall and cytomembrane of ST could be clearly seen and at the same concentration,the damage was more serious in combined use than that in separate use.CONCLUSION:The damaging activity to bacterial cell wall can be enhanced in combined use of two drugs.
