Surveillance results analysis of foodborne diseases in Zhenhai

摘要 目的分析镇海区2014年-2016年特定病原体的食源性疾病病例监测结果,了解镇海区食源性疾病的流行趋势和特征,为卫生行政部门制定食源性疾病监测工作提供科学依据。方法收集镇海区食源性疾病监测哨点医院以腹泻症状为主诉的门诊和住院病例,采集粪便或肛拭子样本,并进行沙门菌、志贺菌、副溶血性弧菌、致泻性大肠埃希菌检测,同时对病例进行相关信息采集、分析。结果 2014年-2016年镇海区共监测腹泻病例1 110例,采集样本1 108份,检出阳性病原菌67株,分别为副溶血性弧菌55株、沙门菌11株,志贺菌1株。病例数以7月-10月较为集中,占总病例的89.55%,呈现较明显的夏秋季高峰。可疑食品中以水产及其制品占比最大。结论副溶血性弧菌是目前镇海区食源性疾病致病的主要微生物,需加强卫生行政部门、疾控机构、哨点医院三者沟通协作机制,完善食源性疾病监测网络,提高监测能力,加大食源性疾病健康教育工作,积极开展有效的防控措施。 Objective To analyze the surveillance results of foodborne diseases from sentinel hospitals in Zhenhai from 2014 to2016,and explore the epidemiological trend and characteristics of foodborne diseases in order to provide scientific evidence for the local health administrative departments to formulate effective policies. Methods Stools or anal swabs were collected from outpatients and inpatients with diarrhea as main symptom in the surveillance hospitals of Zhenhai District for the detection of Salmonella,Shigella,Vibrio parahaemolyticus and diarrheogenic E. colifrom. Meanwhile,relevant data from those patients were collected and analyzed. Results A total of 1 110 diarrhea patients were enrolled in Zhenhai from 2014 to 2016,and 1 108 samples were collected. 67 strains of pathogens were isolated,including 55 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,11 strain of Salmonella and 1 strain of Shigella. The incidence peak was during July-October( 89. 55%). Aquatic products took the largest proportion of the suspected food. Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus is the main foodborne pathogen in Zhenhai. It is necessary to strengthen the communication and cooperation mechanism among the health administrativedepartment,CDC and the sentinel hospitals,so as to improve the foodborne diseases monitoring network,enhance the surveillance capacity and health education of foodborne disease,and carry out more effective preventive and control measures.
