摘要
自2014年教育部实施卓越教师培养计划以来,陇南师范高等专科学校以课程教学改革为抓手,全面培养未来小学教师的综合素质,提升其农村小学教育的适应能力,并围绕培养"卓越全科小学教师"构建了以"综合培养,发展特长,注重能力,突出实践"为特色的卓越小学全科教师培养体系。
Since 2014 excellent teacher training program has been carried out,Longnan Teacher College taking curriculum teaching reform as the main point,starts cultivating all-round development of primary school teachers and the ability of being a future rural primary school teacher. In order to cultivate the excellent primary school teacher,the school builds a ＂comprehensive training,talent development,ability-oriented,practice oriented＂outstanding training system for excellent primary school teachers.
