摘要 分析穿孔减速机输出轴牙嵌式正三角形牙和梯形牙结构使用寿命短的原因,通过强度校核和有限元分析提出改进方向:改变组件材质、增大总接触面积、改变输出轴连接形式。分析认为:在同等结构尺寸的状况下,牙嵌连接的承载能力与稳定性均小于渐开线花键连接;采用30Cr2Ni2Mo材质的花键进行连接,可显著提高穿孔减速机输出轴组件的使用寿命,提高生产效率。 It is analyzed that why jaw triangular tooth and trapezoidal tooth structure of the output shaft of the piercing mill gear reducer has so short a service life. Accordingly the improvement approach is proposed through relevant strength calibration and finite element analysis (FEA), i.e., changing the component material, enlarging the general contact area, and changing the output shaft connection type, etc. Based on the analysis it is concluded that with the same structural dimensions, both the loading capability and stability of the toothed coupling are less than those of the involute spline coupling; and that coupling with the spline made of 30Cr2Ni2Mo steel shall remarkably prolong the service life of the foresaid component, and thus enhance the productivity of the mill.
