摘要
介绍了广州钢铁股份有限公司无缝钢管厂Φ76mm穿孔机改造后的设备组成、设备性能及使用效果。生产实践表明，该穿孔机已具备Φ100mm穿孔机的生产能力，不仅扩大了产品规格范围，而且提高了生产率，取得良好的经济效益。
Described in the paper are the main aspects concerning the modified Φ76mm piercing mill located at Seamless Steel Tube Plant, Guangzhou I & S Co., Ltd., including compositionand performances of the equipment and the poerational efficiency of the mill. Relevant operationalpractice of the mill has proven that the mill line has the same capacity as that of the Φ100mmpiercer, which covers a wider product mix and higher productivity, i. e. satisfactory economic benefit.
