摘要
以柑橘皮为原料,分别通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了超声波辅助提取柑橘皮色素的工艺条件。试验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为以50%乙醇为提取剂、料液比1∶50(g/mL)、超声波处理温度55℃、超声波处理时间30 min、超声波功率70 W。
With citrus peel as raw material, the ultrasonic assisted extraction of pigment from citrus peel was studied by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the optimum process conditions were as follows: 50% ethanol as extraction agent, ratio of solid to liquid 1 ∶ 50(g/mL), ultrasonic processing temperature 55 ℃, ultrasonic processing time 30 min and ultrasonic power 70 W.
