摘要
目的:建立HPLC-ELSD法,采用正交试验优化黄芪甲苷的提取工艺。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法,考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数3个主要因素对黄芪甲苷提取效率的影响,并应用MATLAB软件进行运算得出优选结果及各因素水平趋势图。结果:黄芪甲苷的最佳提取工艺为10倍水,提取3次,每次1h。结论:该提取工艺稳定可行,可用于藿芪温阳丸的质量控制。
Abstract：Objective：To use HPLC-ELSD combined with orthogonal experiment to optimize the extraction conditions of Astragalo- side. Methods：Inspecting Water addition, extraction time, extraction times, three main factors of the influence of Astragaloside ex traction efficiency with HPLC-ELSD method, and using MATLAB software to obtain and operation the optimization results and the factors level trend chart. Results：The best extraction technology of Astragaloside was 10 times of water, extracting 3 times, each time 1h. Conclusion. The extraction process is feasible and Stable.
