摘要
目的:优选黄芪桂枝五物汤的提取工艺。方法:用高效液相色谱法分别测定黄芪甲苷、芍药苷。以黄芪甲苷、芍药苷和干浸膏的含量为考察指标,通过正交试验法优选最佳提取工艺。结果:优选得到的工艺为药材加10倍水量浸泡0.5 h、煎煮3次、每次煎煮1.5 h。结论:最佳提取工艺稳定可行,可作为黄芪桂枝五物汤的提取工艺。
Objective：To optimize the extraction technology of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwutang.Method：The content of astragaloside and paeoniflori were determined by HPLC.The optimum extraction condition was investigated by orthogonal design;the content of astragaloside,paeoniflorin and the ratio of dry extraction were regarded as the detection index.Result：The optimum extraction was as follows： soaking in ten times amount of water for half an hour,extracting three times,every time for one and a half hour.Conclusion： The optimum technology was stable and feasible for the extraction of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwutang.
