正交试验优选黄芪桂枝五物汤的水提取工艺 被引量:15

摘要 目的:优选黄芪桂枝五物汤的提取工艺。方法:用高效液相色谱法分别测定黄芪甲苷、芍药苷。以黄芪甲苷、芍药苷和干浸膏的含量为考察指标,通过正交试验法优选最佳提取工艺。结果:优选得到的工艺为药材加10倍水量浸泡0.5 h、煎煮3次、每次煎煮1.5 h。结论:最佳提取工艺稳定可行,可作为黄芪桂枝五物汤的提取工艺。 Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwutang.Method:The content of astragaloside and paeoniflori were determined by HPLC.The optimum extraction condition was investigated by orthogonal design;the content of astragaloside,paeoniflorin and the ratio of dry extraction were regarded as the detection index.Result:The optimum extraction was as follows: soaking in ten times amount of water for half an hour,extracting three times,every time for one and a half hour.Conclusion: The optimum technology was stable and feasible for the extraction of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwutang.
