摘要
用白间素-2(IL-2)与环磷酰胺(Cy)及5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)合并用药,对小鼠实验性肿瘤的研究表明,im IL-2与ip Cy合并用药对小鼠肉瘤37的肿瘤生长具有明显抑制作用,其抑瘤率达42.7%;单用ipIL-2或ip Cy对小鼠S_(37)的肿瘤生长无明显抑制作用。im IL-2与ip 5-Fu合并用药能明显延长艾氏腹水癌(EAC)小鼠的存活天数,两个剂量组的治愈率分别为44.0%和72.7%,5-Fu组为0和18.0%;单用im IL-2对EAC小鼠无明显延长作用(P<0.05)。给药组小鼠体重均有所增加。
The effects of IL-2 with Cyclophosphamide (Cy) or 5-Fluorouracil (5-Fu) on the experimental tumours in mice were reported. The results showed that im of IL-2 with ip of Cy inhibited the growth of Tumour_(37) (S_(37)) in mice significantly (P<0.01), and the inhibited rate reached 42.7%. Im of only IL-2 or ip of Cy inhibited the growth of S_(37) in mice non-significantly. Im of IL-2 with ip of 5-Fu can significantly prolong the survival time of mice with Ehrlich ascites tumour (EAC) (P<0.01), and the survival rates were 44.0% and 72.7% at two doses' groups. The survival rates of mice in 5-Fu group were 0 and 18.0%, Im of only IL-2 non-significantly prolonged the life time of mice with EAC. All mice of drugs' given groups gained their weights.
