局部热疗对小鼠实验性肿瘤的形态学观察

摘要 将Lewis肺癌接种于BDF_1小鼠皮下,12d后对肿瘤局部用WZJ-1型治癌机治疗43℃50min。然后用光镜和电镜观察细胞的变化,并于接种后17d观察肿瘤转移的情况。结果表明局部热疗可明显抑制原发肿瘤的生长(P<0.05),且显著抑制肿瘤的转移(P<0.01).热疗能迅速而特异性地破坏瘤细胞,并可使瘤组织中心温度明显升高,pH值显著降低。 The Lewis lung carcinoma was transplanted into subcutaneous tissues of the black BDF1 mouse. Twelve days later,the tumors were heated with WZJ-1 theraputic machine at 43 ℃ for 50min. Observations were made under light and electron microscope to find the morphological changes of the damaged tumor cells. At 17th day after transplantation, metastasis of tumor was observed. The result was as follows:local hyperthermia inhibited both the growth of the primary tumor and (P<0. 05) metastasis significantly (P<0. 01);local hyperthermia could rapidly and specifically damage the tumor cells; could rapidly increase the central temperature of the tumor and also reduce the pH value of the tumortissue.
