成人晚发的线粒体脑肌病伴乳酸血症和卒中样发作一例 被引量：3

摘要 线粒体脑肌病伴乳酸血症和卒中样发作（ MELAS）综合征是线粒体病的亚型之一,以卒中样发作、偏头痛样发作、抽搐、身材矮小、心肌病、听力丧失和糖尿病为主要表现.MELAS以青少年发病多见,50岁之后发病的非常少见 , 60岁以上发病者更为罕见,仅国外有个案报道,国内尚未见相关报道. 现报道1例我院收治的62岁发作的MELAS患者的临床资料,以供参考.
