摘要
基于电力系统电压稳定的局部性质,对电压进行局部控制是可行的。而确定局部电压控制域是电压局部控制的关键。基于遗传算法进行局部电压控制分域,得到了既符合电网实际又具有最佳节点调整序列的局部无功电压控制域。在遗传编码的设计上采用十进制编码方案。以N-2个控制节点的控制操作次序为遗传编码,无需解码。并将解的合法性约束隐含在可行解的初始化、交叉操作及变异操作的设计中。以控制节点关于电压越限节点的电压灵敏度、反映节点控制能力的调节裕度及反映控制节点性质的优先级相对大小为特征指标,设计适应度函数,以适应度函数最大为进化目标。算例结果表明本方法是有效的。
According to the partial property of power system voltage stability it is feasible to carry out partial voltage control and it is the key problem for partial voltage control to determine the partial voltage control regions. Performing the partial voltage control regions on the basis of genetic algorithm, the obtained partial voltage control regions not only incarnate the practical situation of power system, but also possess optimal node sequence for voltage regulation. In the design of heredity encoding a decimal encoding scheme is adopted. Taking the control sequence of N-2 control nodes as heredity encoding, there is no need to decode and the legal constraint of the solution is implied in the initialization of feasible solution, the intercrossing operation and the design of variation opera-tion. Taking following items as characteristic indices, i.e., the voltage sensitivity of control node with relation to the nodes where the voltages exceed the limits, the regulating margin which reflects the node control ability and the relative magnitude of the priority level which reflects the character of the control node, the function of the adaptive degree is designed and the maximum of the function of adaptive degree is taken as evolution object. The result of calculation example shows that the presented method is effective.
