摘要
目的探析自拟中药方联合维A酸乳膏治疗面部扁平疣的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月-2017年5月收治的68例面部扁平疣患者,通过患者知情同意将68例患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各为34例,对照组以维A酸乳膏治疗,研究组在其基础上加自拟中药方联合治疗,比较两组治疗后的效果及治疗安全性。结果研究组总有效率88.24%,与对照组64.71%比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;研究组不良反应发生率8.82%,与对照组11.76%比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论以自拟中药方联合维A酸乳膏治疗面部扁平疣的临床效果确切,同时不增加患者不良反应,安全性好。
Objective To study the clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine combined with vitamin A cream in the treatment of facial flat warts. Methods Sixty-eight patients with facial flat warts admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group through informed consent. The control group was treated with vitamin A acid cream, on the basis of that, the study group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine combined treatment, compared the effect and safety between the two groups after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate was 88.24% in the study group and 64.71% in the control group, the difference was significant, P 〈 0.05. The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.82% in the study group and 11.76% in the control group, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine combined with vitamin A acid cream in the treatment of facial flat warts is accurate, without increasing the patient＇s adverse response and the safety is good.
