医学放射影像学专业应用型人才培养途径探究 被引量:2

摘要 伴随国内科技水平以及高等教育的不断发展,越来越多的高校都开设了医学放射影像学这一专业,主要是为国内的医疗事业培养高端人才,加大医疗机构对科技的应用程度,同时提升国内现有的医疗诊断水平。而且,高校对应用类型的医学放射影像学这一专业的人才进行的培养必须要与社会需求相符。当前,医学放射影像学方面的技术已经得到较大发展,此时需要应用类型的人才加以配合,才能将其作用完全发挥出来。本文就是对医学放射影像学这一专业之中应用类型的人才培养的具体途径展开的探索,以期能够为高校之中医学放射影像学这一专业现有人才的培养途径的变革提供参考。 With the development of the domestic science and technology and the development of higher education, more and more universities have set up the specialty of medical radiological imaging, mainly for the domestic medical services to train high-end talents, increasing medical institutions for scientific and technological applications, while improving the existing medical diagnostic level in China. Moreover, the training of professionals in the field of medical radiology and imaging in universities must be in line with the needs of society. At present, the techniques of medical radiology have been greatly developed, at this time, it is necessary to use the talents of type to cooperate with them so as to bring their functions into full play. This article explores the specific ways of training talents in the field of medical radiological imaging, in order to provide reference for the reform of the training methods of the current radiology professionals in traditional Chinese medicine.
