大鼠急性胰腺炎时ICAM-1在胰、肺组织的表达特征与作用的观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨急性坏死性胰腺炎 (ANP)时细胞间粘附分子 - 1(ICAM - 1)在胰腺及肺组织的表达特征和作用。 方法 :用 3 5 %的牛磺胆酸钠逆行胰胆管注射制备ANP模型 ,采用免疫组化技术等方法动态观察ANP时胰腺、肺组织ICAM - 1的表达改变和PMN组织聚集的变化。 结果 :胰腺及肺组织ICAM - 1的表达分别在ANP造模后 3h、6h明显增强 ,并于 12h达高峰。 结论 :ICAM - 1介导的PMN大量组织聚集可能是ANP早期胰腺及肺组织损伤的重要参与因素。 Objective:To explore the expressive character and effect of intercellular adhesion molecule-l(ICAM-l)in the pancreas and the lung after acute necrotizing pancreatitis(ANP) Methods:ANP model was induced by retrograde injection of 3.5% sodium taurocholic acid into the biliopancreatic duct.Expression of ICAM-l at different time points in the pancreas and the lung were assessed by immunohistochemistry.The quantity of polymorphonuclear neutrophils(PMN)in tissues was measured by the determination of myeloperoxidase activity(MPO).Results:In ANP,ICAM-l was upregulated evidently at 3 hours in the pancreas and at 6 hours in the lung,reaching their highest levels at 12 hours.Conclusion:The numerous PMNs infiltration mediated by ICAM-l may play an important role of the pancreatic and pulmonary injury in the early phase of ANP.
