摘要
为了提高平朔矿区高灰高硫煤的配煤经济性,根据用户需求和矿区商品煤结构,以高经济性为追求目标,探索高灰高硫煤配煤的最佳方案。研究结果表明:以平朔矿区的高灰高硫煤与矿区选煤厂的中煤、煤泥掺配,可使每吨产品的附加值提高8~13元,对应的高灰高硫煤掺配比例在24%~36%之间;以秦皇岛中转地为例,以平朔矿区的高灰高硫煤与国内典型的动力煤掺配,可使每吨产品的附加值提高12~17元,对应的高灰高硫煤掺配比例在43%~50%之间,商品煤的整体经济效益显著提高。
For gaining an improved economic result in blending the high-ash high-sulphur coal of Pingshuo mining area,and in view of the need of users and structure of commercial coal,an investigation is conducted of the optimal scheme for blending such coal with an aim to attaining an economically most favourable result.Result of study shows that through blending of the high-ash high-sulphur coal with washed middlings and slime with the proportion of the former accounting for 24% - 36%,the added value of the blended coal can be increased by 8 - 13 yuan per ton.For instance,when the high-ash highsulphur coal is blended with the domestic typical power coal at the coal transhipment port Qinhuangdao in a ratio of 43% - 50%,the added value of the blended coal can be increased by 12 - 17 yuan per ton.This may result in noticeable enhancement of the overall economic value of the saleable coal.
