摘要
以碱木素为主要原料,基于DCS的合成工艺条件,根据神华煤变质程度低,芳环骨架结构中富含羟基、醚氧基、羰基等含氧官能团的特点,在DCS合成过程中引入能提高神华煤分散性能的活性基团A,用正交试验法确定了神华煤水煤浆添加剂(DCSA)的最优合成条件。通过神华煤成浆实验,比较了DCSA与典型商用添加剂NDF,NSF和DCS的成浆效果,结果表明:在相同的成浆条件下,DCSA的分散与稳定性能均优于NDF,NSF和DCS;在满足水煤浆质量要求的前提下,DCSA能使神华煤制浆浓度由60.9%提高到63.0%,且浆体静置3个月不产生硬沉淀,具有极好的稳定性。
With alkali lignin as the main raw material, based on DCS synthesis process condition, and according to features of Shenhua coal that have low degree metamorphism and have rich functional groups in the aromatic ring sl eton structure such as the hydroxyl, ether and the carbonyl oxygen radicals;it was injected into active group A wt can enhance dispersibility of Shenhua coal in the synthesis process of DCS. The optimal synthesis of Shenhua coal ter slurry additive(DCSA) was determined by orthogonal experimental design. From slurrying experiments for Shen coal, compared the slurrying effect of DCSA with the typical commercial additives like NDF, NSF and DCS, the exp ment results show that the dispersibility and stability of DCSA is superior to NDF, NSF and DCS in the same slurv. condition;in the precondition of meeting quality requirements, the coal water slurry concentration of Shenhua coal DSCA can be improved from 60.9% to 63.0% and the slurry has good stability,settling for three months without cipitation.
