乌体林斯联合正规抗结核治疗初治菌阳肺结核的临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 对应用正规抗结核方案联合乌体林斯治疗菌阳肺结核的临床效果进行评价。选择收治的、获得明确诊断的菌阳肺结核患者84例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组各42例。对照组接受常规抗结核方案治疗;治疗组采用正规抗结核方案联合乌体林斯治疗。治疗组治疗期间出现的不良反应明显少于对照组;菌阳肺结核治疗效果明显优于对照组;结核菌检测结果转阴时间、结核治疗总时间均较对照组明显缩短。应用正规抗结核方案联合乌体林斯对菌阳肺结核实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。
