摘要
目的探讨喜炎平注射剂的不良反应与防治措施。方法选取2018年2月~2019年4月在我院接受喜炎平注射剂治疗的患者135例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(67例)应用喜炎平注射剂治疗,研究组(68例)应用不良反应防治辅助喜炎平注射剂治疗。结果研究组不良反应的发生率(6.0%)显著低于对照组(23.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率(94.2%)高于对照组(80.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者退热时间(13.38±2.81)h、呕吐消失时间(12.38±1.72)h、大便次数正常(2.21±0.61)d、大便性状正常(2.58±1.21)d均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床应用喜炎平注射剂治疗的过程中,加强对不良反应的防治能够有效降低其发生率,从而能够降低在治疗过程中的风险因素,缩短患者退热时间、呕吐时间及大便相关情况的恢复时间,有利于提高对疾病的治疗效果,应当在临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)to xiyanping injection.Methods A total of 135 patients receiving xiyanping injection at our hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were selected and were randomly divided into two groups by using the random-number table.Patients in the control group(n=67)accepted xiyanping injection and those in the study group(n=68)received the auxiliary prevention and treatment of ADRs together with xiyanping injection.Results The incidence rate of ADRs was 6.0%in the study group,significantly lower than that of 23.8%in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall efficacy was 94.2%in the study group,higher than that of 80.5%in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Time to abatement of fever(13.38±2.81)h and time until vomiting disappeared(12.38±1.72)h,time to normal fecal frequency(2.21±0.61)d and properties(2.58±1.21)d in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the prevention and treatment of ADRs can effectively reduce the occurrence during xiyanping injection treatment in its clinical use,bringing about lower risks during injection and shorter the time of fever abatement,the time of vomiting and the time to normal defecation.All these are beneficial to better therapeutic efficacy and is worthy of further promotion in clinical practices.
