摘要
天然气脱硫装置中的吸收塔和再生塔经常出现MDEA脱硫溶液发泡的现象。为了解决MDEA脱硫溶液的发泡问题,分析了脱硫溶液的物理性质对发泡的作用,研究了脱硫溶液发泡的原因,探讨了污染物对MDEA溶液发泡的影响,并针对脱硫溶液的发泡现象提出了建议和措施。表面活性剂、Fe S、活性炭颗粒等对MDEA脱硫溶液发泡具有促进作用。实时监测和控制脱硫溶液中的杂质含量,合理利用活性炭过滤器能够有效地控制MDEA溶液发泡。
MDEA foaming phenomenon often appears in the absorption tower and regeneration column of natural gas desulfurization plant. In order to solve the foaming problem of MDEA solution,the effect of desulfurization solution's physical properties on the foaming was analyzed. The reason of desulfurization solution foaming was studied. The impact of pollutants on MDEA foaming was discussed. Suggestions and measures on desulfurization solution foaming were put forward. Surfactant, Fe S and activated carbon particles can promote MDEA foaming. Real-time monitoring and controlling the content of impurities in desulfurization solution, and using activated carbon filter, can effectively control MDEA solution foaming.
