关于MDEA在天然气净化过程中变质特点的探讨 被引量:17

The Discussion on the Features of MDEA Degradation in Natural Gas Purification Process

摘要 MDEA广泛用于气体净化工艺,MDEA溶液变质会影响净化装置的性能、经济指标,导致装置出现故障,因此十分有必要研究MDEA溶液变质特点,为胺液质量管理提供必要的依据。本文根据对11套天然气MDEA脱硫装置连续监测与研究的结果,总结和讨论了MDEA在天然气净化过程中的变质特点,为进一步研究净化厂MDEA溶液变质抑制、复活技术提供了重要的技术依据。 MDEA is widely used in the gas purification industry,and the degradation of MDEA solution will influence the performance and economical efficiency of purification facilities,and cause operational problems.Therefore,it is necessary to do researches on the features of the MDEA solution degradation,which can provide necessary basis for MDEA solution quality control.Based on the results of continuous monitoring and investigation of 11 sets of natural gas purification facilities using MDEA,this paper summarizes and discusses the features of MDEA degradation in natural gas purification process,which provides technical evidences for further researching on degradation control and regeneration technology of MDEA solution in gas purification process.
