摘要
本文报道了光度分析中联立方程组的新解法,用吸收比代替吸收系数,简便了测定方法,增大了方法的灵活性。作者用该法对安钠咖注射液及脑清片两种复方制剂进行试验,结果表明,只要αβ小于0.5,A_(λ1)^(a+b)/βA_(λ2)^(a+b),A_(λ2)^(a+b)/αA_(λ1)^(a+b)大于1.2,就有可能获得满意结果。
A new solution of simultaneous equations in spectrophotometry is studied. Owing to replacing the absorption coefficients by the absorption ratios, the authors have obtained rather greater accuracy from Vierordt's method than hitherto. A further development of the same formulation has led to a simple theoretical criterion, which enables the analyst to avoid pairs of wavelengths that are unsatisfactory for precision.
This new method has been applied to the assay of compound injection of sodium benzoate and caffeine and compound tablet of amidopyrine and caffeine with satisfactory results
