摘要
将一种改性碱性酚醛树脂应用在无模铸型制造技术(Patternless Casting Manufacturing,以下称PCM技术)中,针对PCM造型设备的喷头对粘结剂粘度的要求,先通过乙醇稀释的方法将该树脂粘度降低至13 MPa·s,达到电磁阀式喷头适用需求。完成造型后,为了强化铸型,将砂型放在180℃的恒温箱内烘烤1 h,最终得到强度0.8 MPa,发气量15.6 m L/g的砂型,满足实际浇注要求。
A modified alkaline phenolic resin in Pattemless Casting Manufacturing (PCM) was application. According to the requirements of sprinkler equipment applied to PCM for viscosity of binder, the viscosity of the resin was reduced to 13MPa.s firstly by ethanol diluting, which meets the requirements of the electromagnetic valve nozzle. After modeling, in order to strengthen the mold, the sand mold is placed in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 180 degrees. Finally, the strength and the gas evolution of the sand mold are 0.8MPa and 15.6ml/g respectively. It reach up to the requirements of actual casting.
