摘要
本文着重研究呋喃类树脂自硬砂的吸湿性及其改善措施.分别在FFD—131、FFD—111、FFD—101树脂中加入不同附加物KH—550、KH—560、KH—570等,使三种呋喃树脂砂的高湿固化强度得到不同程度的提高,并改善了它们的抗湿性能.通过扫描电镜观察改进前后的树脂膜破裂情况,为机理分析提供了依据.
The sensitivity to the humidity and improving method of furan no-bake sands have been investigated. The addition agents of KH-550, KH-560, KH-570 were added into the furan resins (FFD-131 ,FFD-111 ,FFD-101) .The results of experiments show that the strengths under high humidity condition of the three types of furan no-bake sands are increased in various degrees and their humidity-resistances are improved. The rupture form of resin film was observed with S.E.M and it provided the basis for the mechanism analysis.
