摘要
通过断口宏观观察、扫描电镜观察、金相和显微硬度检测等方法,确定了42Cr Mo钢提升杆螺杆的断裂性质,分析了提升杆螺杆断裂失效的原因。结果表明,提升杆螺杆的断裂原因为过烧,建议严格按照提升杆螺杆的热处理工艺规程加工,确保提升杆螺杆的力学性能。
The failure cause of the 42CrMo steel screw was analyzed by macroscopic and microscopic examination of fracture surface, metallographic examination, microhardness testing, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the reason of the screw breakage of the lilting rod is over-burning. Strict heat treatment processing should be carried out to ensure the mechanical properties of the screw.
