摘要
对纺织机械用无级变速扭轴断裂原因进行了失效分析。指出，氧化脱碳引起疲劳寿命降低是该扭轴失效的主要原因。而改进热处理工艺后，早期断裂率下降近７０％。
In this paper,tbe reasons for the fracture of an infinitely variable speed twist shaft which is used in spining wheel are analyzed. The primary reason for lowering the fatigUe life is decarbu rization. After developing heat treatment technique,the early fracture rate is reduced about 70%.
