摘要
作为科研数据服务的提供者和内容的保存者,高校图书馆员数据素养的提高迫在眉睫。高校图书馆员数据素养内涵包含4部分:数据意识、数据知识、数据技能和数据伦理。高校图书馆应根据本馆所提供的科研数据服务类型制定层次化的图书馆员数据素养要求。我国高校图书馆员数据素养的培养与提高,需要高校图书馆、图书馆学会、图书情报学院3方建立相应的机制共同推进。
It＇s extremely urgent to improve the university librarians＇ data literacy, because the university librarians are research data service providers and content savers. The connotation of the university librarians＇ data literacy includes four parts： data consciousness,data knowledge, data skills and data ethics. University libraries should develop different levels of librarians＇ data literacy requirements based on the types of research data services provided. The cultivation and improvement of the librarians＇ data literacy in Chinese university libraries needs university libraries, library associations, library and information college to establish the corresponding mechanism together.
