非接触式角膜厚度测量仪与A超角膜厚度测量仪准确性的对照研究

摘要 目的:比较非接触式角膜厚度测量仪与A超角膜厚度测量仪测量结果的一致性。方法:将2011年9月至2013年12月在东莞光明眼科医院的50例(100只眼)拟行准分子激光手术者按照测量角膜厚度的方法做自身对照,分别采用非接触式角膜厚度测量仪与A超角膜厚度测量仪进行测定。比较两组测量结果及二者测量结果的一致性。结果:前者测出角膜厚度平均值为(558.29±22.18)μm,后者测出角膜厚度平均值为(554.93±21.56)μm,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。将二者测量结果进行Pearson相关性分析,两种方法测量结果呈显著的正相关性,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论:两种测量角膜厚度的方法具有很好的一致性非接触式角膜厚度测量仪与A超角膜厚度测量仪测出的角膜厚度无显著性差异,但由于前者操作便捷、非接触对角膜无损害,非接触式角膜厚度测量仪比A超角膜厚度测量仪有更大的临床使用优势。 Objective To compare non contact pachymeter with A ultrasound measured corneal thickness measurement results.Method From September 2011 to December 2013 in Dongguan Guangming Eye Hospital of 50 cases(100 eyes) to be excimer laser surgery in accordance with the method of measuring the thickness of the cornea to do their own control, respectively, using noncontact corneal thickness of the instrument and A ultra corneal thickness measuring instrument for determination. Compare the results of the two groups and the consistency of the two measurements. Results Non-contact pachymeter measured corneal thickness with an average of(558.29 ± 22.18) μm, measured by A super corneal thickness average of(554.93 ± 21.56) μm, by t test, the difference was not statistically significant(P〈0.05, t = 0.672). The measurement results of both Pearson correlation analysis showed a significant positive correlation(r = 0.9388, P = 0.000), these results indicate that two methods to measure corneal thickness with good Correlation. Conclusion Non-contact pachymeter and A ultrasound measured showed no significant difference in the effect of corneal thickness, but the former is easy to operate, high accuracy, so non-contact pachymeter are more useful in clinic.
