摘要
目的:通过响应面法优化何首乌二苯乙烯苷类化合物提取工艺。方法:根据中心组合设计的方法,选取温度、液料比、乙醇体积分数为自变量,二苯乙烯苷提取率为响应值,利用响应面分析方法,得到回归方程的预测模型,并确定二苯乙烯苷提取工艺的最佳条件。结果:何首乌二苯乙烯苷提取工艺的最佳条件为温度54℃、液料比18∶1(mL·g^(-1))、乙醇体积分数72%。在此条件下,提取率达到2.75%。结论:该工艺条件可为何首乌二苯乙烯苷的提取提供参考。
Objective: To optimize the extraction for 2, 3, 5, 4-tetrahydroxyl diphenylethylene-2-O -glucoside (TSG) from Polygonum multiflorum with response surface methodology. Methods: Extraction temperature, liquid-solid ratio, ethanol volume, which designed by central composite were evaluated by TSG extraction yield. The response surface methodology was used to establish the prediction model of regression equation, and confirm the optimal extraction in TSG. Results: The op- timal protocol for TSG extraction was at 54 ℃ in 72% ethanol with a liquid-solid ratio of 18 : 1, the extraction yield reached 2. 75%. Conclusion: The selected parameters provide a theoretical basis for TSG extraction.
