摘要
在给出多级联动应急广播系统架构的基础上,结合灾害事故现场有线通信受阻的情况下,引入了应急机动广播系统实现应急消息的移动覆盖。首先介绍了应急机动广播系统的总体架构,重点分析了应急机动广播系统的设计与实现过程,最后通过对灾害现场的实际应用,阐述了应急机动广播车在处置现场事故中所发挥的作用及运行方式。
On the basis of the architecture of multi-level emergency broadcast system, considering the fact that cable communication is blocked in the disaster, an emergency mobile broadcasting system is introduced to realize a moving coverage of emergency messages. Firstly, this paper introduces the overall architecture of emergency mobile broadcasting system. And then it analyses the system design and implementation. Finally through the application in the disaster, this paper expounds the effect and operation mode of emergency OB van in the accident.
