摘要
针对农业生产中提高农药利用率,减少农药残留、环境污染的实际需求,设计了一种以52单片机为主要控制器件,脉宽调制技术控制调节电动隔膜泵的工作频率和变量施药的喷雾系统。介绍了变量喷雾的原理,给出了控制系统硬件电路和软件程序的设计。实验结果表明:该系统可以完全与背负式喷雾器兼容,工作可靠、性能稳定,可推广使用于现代农业生产中。
Aim at improving the utilization ratio of pesticide in agricultural production and reducing the pesticide residue and environmental pollution to satisfy actual demand, a variable applied spray system is designed. The design sets 52 single-chip microcomputer as its control core, and adopts pulse width modu- lation technology (PWM) to eontrol the work frequency of variable spray, and gets the design of electric di- aphragm pump. This paper introduces the principle of system variable spray and gives the design of the eontrol system hardware eircuit and software program. The experimental results show that the variable spray system performance has a stable control system and higher spray quality. That is compatible with the knapsack sprayer and can be effectivelv used in agricultural production.
