不同雌激素用药方案对于重度宫腔粘连术后子宫内膜修复的影响被引量：30

摘要目的:探讨芬吗通对于重度宫腔粘连术后子宫内膜修复的影响。方法:选取2012年4月至2016年3月于中国医科大学附属盛京医院行宫腔镜宫腔粘连松解术的66例重度宫腔粘连患者,术后分别予芬吗通(实验组)及补佳乐(对照组)促进子宫内膜修复。观察用药后的月经及宫腔形态恢复情况、超声相关监测指标、药物不良反应及术后妊娠率,评价临床疗效。结果:实验组的月经恢复总有效率(88.6%)高于对照组(74.2%),宫腔形态恢复总有效率(68.6%)低于对照组(71.0%),但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组的月经治愈率(31.4%)高于对照组(9.7%),子宫内膜厚度[(9.4±1.3)mm]厚于对照组[(6.8±0.7)mm],A型子宫内膜率(34.3%)高于对照组(16.1%),排卵日血E_2值[(812.4±76.5)pg/ml]高于对照组[(223.5±34.6)pg/ml],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的药物不良反应发生率(11.4%)高于对照组(9.7%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:重度宫腔粘连术后使用芬吗通阴道上药促进子宫内膜修复,疗效确切、安全,是一种有效的治疗手段。
