仿生物电刺激改善薄型子宫内膜厚度及血流灌注的研究 被引量:22

摘要 目的探讨仿生物电刺激对薄型子宫内膜治疗的疗效。方法选择23例薄型子宫内膜患者作为研究对象,对所有患者均采用仿生物电刺激技术进行治疗,比较治疗前后患者子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜(下)动脉阻力指数(RI),搏动指数(PI)、血流收缩期最高血流速度(S)/舒张期末血流速度(D)比值。结果经仿生物电刺激治疗后薄型子宫内膜患者子宫内膜厚度和血流灌注均较前增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<O.05)。结论仿生物电刺激能增加薄型子宫内膜厚度和提高内膜血流灌注,从而提高子宫内膜的容受性;值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of biomimetic electrical stimulation on thin endometrium treatment. Methods Select 23 cases of thin endometrium patients as the research object, all patients were treated with biomimetic electrical stimulation treatment, Compare two sets of data: before and after treatment in patients with endometrial thickness, uterine endometrium (lower) artery resistance index (RI), pulsatility index (PI), systolic peak flow velocity (S), end diastolic velocity (D) ratio. Resadts The biomimetic electrical stimulation treatment of thin endometrium in patients with endometrial thickness and blood flow perfusion were increased, the difference was statistically significant (P〈O.05). ConcluMon Biomimetic electrical stimulation can increase the thickness of thin endometrial and improve endometrial blood flow perfusion, so as to improve the endometrial receotivity; it is worthy of clinical aoolication
