摘要
氧化槐果碱(oxysophocarpine)是从苦参(Sophora flavesecens Ait)中分离得到的一种生物碱。已报道的含量测定方法有薄层层析比色法和高效液相层析法。近年来临床发现苦参总碱有平喘、升高白细胞。
Oxysophocarpine in rabbit plasma was determined by GC. Sophoramine was used as internal standard. There was a linear relation between the ratio of peak area and plasma concentration in the range of 1～15 μg/ml. The recoveries of oxysophocarpine from plasma were 99.2±2.4% (CV=2. 45%) at 3.0 μg/ml and 94.5±1.8% (CV=1.99%) at 11 μg/ml. The pharmacokinetics of oxysophocarpine in rabbits were fitted by an open two compartment model. The composite parameters following iv 20 mg/kg were: α, 0.188 min^(-1); β, 0.0230 min^(-1); V_c, 0.436 L/kg; V_(area), 1.48 L/kg; V_(ss), 1.05 L/kg; CL, 34.1 ml/min·kg; MRT, 30.7 min.
