摘要
目的 探讨腓动脉穿支皮瓣联合腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足部软组织缺损的临床疗效.方法2014年1月-2016年6月,应用腓动脉穿支皮瓣联联合腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣逆行转位修复足部皮肤软组织缺损10例,切取皮瓣范围12.5 cm×11.0 cm^24.0 cm×13.5 cm,供区植皮修复.结果10例皮瓣中9例顺利成活,1例皮瓣远端局部浅表坏死,经换药治疗后愈合,皮瓣成活.术后随访5~16个月,受区皮瓣外形、质地满意,功能良好,供区愈合良好.结论腓动脉穿支皮瓣联合腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足部软组织缺损是一种较好的方法.
Objective To explore the clinacal effect of peroneal perforators flap combined with sural neurocutaneous flap on repairing soft tissue defect of foot. Methods From September 2014 to June 2016, the application of peroneal perforators flap combined with sural neurocutareous flap, was used to repair the foot skin soft tissue defect in retrograde transposition. The area of flap ranged from 12.5 cm × 11.0 cm to 24.0 cm × 13.5 cm. The donor was repaired with skin grafts. Results 9 in 10 cases of flap obtained smooth survival; Distal partial superficial necrosis, occured in 1 case, flap survived after treatment with dressing change. After postoperative follow-up of 5~16 months, the flap appearance, texture is satisfactory the function is good. The donor site healed well. Conclusion Peroneal perforators flap with sural neurocutareous flap is a good method to repair the soft tissue defect of foot.
