摘要
现代学徒制人才培养模式自试点以来面临企业机制不全、培养标准不一、师资水平不齐、学生目标不明等困境,尤其是酒店管理这类技术要求不高的专业,推行现代学徒制难度更大。本文提出双主体、双身份、双本位、双选择的"4D S"人才培养模式,从企业和学校双主体、学徒和学生双身份、职业素养和职业能力双本位、就业岗位和职业发展双选择等方面系统阐述如何解决困境的实施策略。
Since the pilot modern apprenticeship training mode, mechanism, different training standards, different teachers" level, there have been many problems such as incomplete enterprise unclear students" goals, etc. Especially for hotel management specialty with low technology demand, the implementation of the modern apprenticeship meets more difficulties. In this paper, "4DS"mode of personnel training on double -subject, double status, double standard, double select is proposed.It expounds how to solve the dilemma from the double subject, the double identity of the apprentice and the student, the double standard of the professional accomplishment and the vocational ability, the double choice of the lob and the career development.
