摘要
新疆油田分公司采油二厂抽油机井占机采井的98%以上。随着安全标准的变化,常规游梁式抽油机设计不符合目前安全要求,存在部分缺陷和安全隐患,主要表现在抽油机刹车锁止装置种类繁多不统一、横梁连杆结构设计不合理存在晃动响声大、驴头销子设计不合理出现断裂、防护设施不完善等,无法保证抽油机的安全运行。因此提出以下四方面的技术研究:研制抽油机无死角刹车锁止装置;优化改进抽油机连杆横梁结构;研制旋接式驴头销子;设计安装操作平台、船型护罩和电机皮带轮护罩。通过以上的对策研究与应用,确保了抽油机的安全运行,避免抽油机事故发生和作业人员的伤亡。
At the second oil production plant of Xinjiang Oilfield Plant,bean unit pumping wells account for more than98% of all pumping wells. With the issuance of new safety standards,the conventional beam pumping unit design does not meet the safety requirements at present,there are some defects and potential safety hazards,including different pumping unit brake-locking devices,improper beam-connecting rod structure design causing loud shaking noise,unreasonable donkey head pin design leading to rupture,and imperfect protection facilities,not able to guarantee the safe running of the beam unit. Research has been made on 4 technical issues,(1) to research and development of pumping unit's brake-locking device without dead corner,(2) to optimize the pumping unit 's connecting rod-beam structure,(3) to develop the screw type donkey head pin,(4) to design installation-operation platform,ship type shield and belt sheath shield. Through the research and application of above,the safe running of the beam unit is ensured,the unit related accidents and personnel casualties are avoided.
