摘要
产出不确定是当前众多企业面临的现实问题,给供应链管理带来了严峻的挑战.结合实际案例,分析了产出不确定对供应链运营带来的影响.在此基础上,对产出不确定环境下供应链竞争模型与协调机制研究现状进行了综述.涉及需求确定时的供应链竞争模型、需求不确定时的供应链竞争模型,以及协调供应链的契约设计方案等方面的内容.提出了承诺契约设计、消费者战略选择行为、针对中国的案例研究等今后可以扩展的研究方向.
Many enterprises face yield uncertainties in their production activities. Yield uncertainty brings great challenges to supply chain management. The paper first analyzes the influences of yield uncertainty on supply chain operations, and some real cases are introduced to illustrate the practical significance. Then the paper reviews main works about competition models and coordination mechanisms of two-echelon supply chains under yield uncertainty. Models of supply chain competition under determinate demand and uncertain demand are discussed respectively. Main contract design schemes in coordinating supply chains are also reviewed.Some research directions in the future are proposed, such as commitment contract design, customers＇ strategic behavior, and case studies in China.
