摘要
目的:探讨小儿消化道重建吻合口瘘术后肠内营养支持的护理对肠功能恢复的影响。方法:将2013年2月-2016年2月于本院行消化道重建术的90例患儿按照随机抽样的方法分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=44)。对照组予以术后禁食的常规疗法,观察组予以术后肠内营养支持法,同时进行基础护理、生活护理和并发症护理等。比较两组治疗情况和术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组术后排气/排便时间、完全经口进食时间和住院天数均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消化道重建吻合口瘘术后肠内营养支持和护理有利于患儿肠功能的恢复,具有术后恢复快、住院时间短等优点,具有临床推广价值。
Objective： To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition support on the recovery of intestinal function in children with digestive tract reconstruction anastomotic fistula.Method： A total of 90 cases with digestive tract reconstruction in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 were divided into the observation group （ n=46 ） and the control group （ n=44 ） according to random sampling method.The control group was fasted after operation, the observation group was given postoperative enteral nutrition support method with the basic care, life care and complications care, the treatment and postoperative complications of two groups were compared. Result： The exhaust/defecation time, complete oral feeding time and hospitalization days of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the differences had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） ; the total incidence rate of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Postoperative enteral nutrition support and nursing of gastrointestinal reconstruction anastomotic fistula are beneficial to the recovery of intestinal function in children, it has the advantages of rapid postoperative recovery and short hospital stay, it has clinical promotion value.
