摘要
介绍了安钢第一炼轧厂板坯连铸机自动控制系统的组成及各系统的功能,针对系统存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。通过改进使该系统运行更加稳定,铸坯质量得到显著提高,设备事故明显减少、预防突发事故能力明显增强。
The composition and functions of the automatic control system of slab continuous caster in No.1 steel making and rolling plnat of Anyang Steel are introduced.The problems existing in the system are analyzed and corresponding improvement measures are put forward.Through the improvement,the system runs more stably,the slab quality is improved remarkably,the equipment accidents are obviously reduced,and the ability to prevent sudden accidents is obviously enhanced.
