板坯连铸机改浇一机两流矩形坯的设计与研究

摘要 本文应用计算机数值模拟方法,研究了冷却制度、拉坯速度等工艺参数以及设备参数对矩形坯连铸过程的影响,为板坯连铸机改造成一机两流的矩形坯连铸机的设计提供了依据。改造设计时,尽可能地利用板坯连铸机的原有设备和结构,投资少、周期短、见效快,能够适应生产品种变化的要求。 Using computer numerical simulation, this paper investigates the influences of casting conditions and structure parameters on continuous casting of rectangular billets. The research has provided a basis for the design of revamping one strand slab caster into two strands of billets. As the original equipment and structure are used as much as possibles, the cost and period of the reconstruction are considerably decreased. In whatever sense, this is a really efficient way to expand product varieties.
