摘要
根据汽车电动天窗的实时自动响应性和安全性要求,基于MC9S12XS128微控制器,设计一种智能汽车电动天窗控制系统。该系统采用霍尔传感器测定天窗玻璃开关的实时位置,采用雨滴传感器检测车外的环境状态,采用空气质量传感器监测车内空气的新鲜程度的,另外选择永磁电机的负载转矩变化率作为障碍物检测判断的指标。该系统能根据不同情况自动打开和关闭汽车天窗,在关闭的过程中又具有防夹伤等功能,使用户操作更安全、便捷、舒适。
According to the real-time automatic response and safety requirements of automotive electric sunroof, designs an intelligent sunroof control system based on MC9S12XS128 microcontroller. The real-time position of the skylight glass adopts the Holzer sensor, the state of the envi- ronment outside the car by the rain sensor detection, the fresh air quality sensor to monitor the air inside the car, another load torque change rate as a predictor of the obstacle detection. The system can automatically open and close the sunroof of the car according to differ- ent conditions, and has the functions of preventing clipping and other functions in the process of closing, so that the operation of the user is safer, convenient and comfortable.
