摘要
为了能够有效地解决电动车窗存在的安全隐患,现在很多汽车都采用了电动防夹车窗。文章结合汽车车门控制模块设计的项目实践,介绍了汽车电子领域正在应用的3种防夹策略,并指出无论采用何种方式进行防夹,都需要在算法中加入自适应过程,系统不应对扰动和不正确的夹物检测有反应,对于空气的摩擦、道路的推动及断电等都必须是健壮的。
In order to effectively reduce the hidden troubles of electric window on automobile, anti-pinch window has been equipped on most of automobiles. Combining the projects practice of modular design of door control, this paper introduces 3 strategies about the implementation of anti-pinch. At last, this paper points out that no matter which method is used, the adoptive arithmetic should be added. The system should not exact an influence on the inspection of disturbance and incorrect pressed objects, but the system should be strong to air friction, road bumping and electric breakaway.
