摘要
目的探究分析预防紫癜性肾炎应用低分子肝素钙的效果。方法选取本院收治的50例紫癜性肾炎患儿进行研究,入院时间为2015年4月~2016年8月期间,进行简单随机分组将患儿分为对照组与观察组,对照组患儿给予常规治疗,观察组患儿使用低分子肝素钙进行预防治疗,对两组患儿治疗前及6个月后的尿β_2微球蛋白(β_2-M)、尿微量白蛋白进行比较,观察其症状改善情况并比较其治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组紫癜性肾炎患儿的β_2-M、尿ALb比较,均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿6个月后的β_2-M、尿ALb均明显较治疗前改善,且与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的皮肤紫癜消退时间、关节肿痛消退时间与腹痛消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患儿治疗过程中均无不良反应。结论应用低分子肝素钙预防紫癜性肾炎的临床应用效果显著,值得在今后临床中广泛推广。
Objective To explore the effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of purpura nephritis. Methods 50 patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis from April 2015 to August 2016 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in control group were treated with routine treatment,and patients in observation group were treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium for prevention.The levels of urinary β2-microglobulin（β2-M） and urinary albumin were compared between the two groups before and 6 months after treatment.The symptoms iMprovement was observed,and adverse reactions during treatment were improved and compared. Results There were no significant differences in β2-M and urinary ALb between the two groups before treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The levels of β2-M and urinary ALb in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）.The time of disappearance of the skin pain and the disappearance of abdominal pain were significantly shorter than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）,and the difference between the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was no adverse effect in the treatment of children. Conclusion The application of low molecular weight heparin calcium in the prevention of purpuric nephritis is of great clinical effect,and it is worthy to be widely promoted in the future.
