摘要
目的对即将走向养老服务岗位的学员实施康乐活动教学,并对教学效果进行分析,以评价学员的学习效果。方法通过查阅文献及咨询专家,设计教学方案,对165名学员进行康乐活动相关理论和技能的教学培训,理论教学实施案例教学法和基于问题学习的方法,技能教学主要采用示教法和分组练习的方法完成教学,最后进行理论和技能考核分析。结果学员理论考核6个知识模块平均合格率是97.8%,6个技能模块平均合格率为97%,总体教学效果优良。结论针对学员年龄大、学历普遍偏低的学情进行分析,采取结合实际工作的理论教学方法如案例教学法和PBL教学法,技能教学主要实行示教和分组练习的教学方法,教学效果优良。
Objective To carry out the teaching of leisure activities for the students who are going to the service posts,and to analyze the teaching effect to evaluate the students＇ learning effect. Methods Through the literature and consulting experts,design the teaching plan,relevant theories on 165 students in recreation and skills training of teaching,theoretical teaching implementation of case teaching method and based on the problems of learning and skills teaching mainly adopt the method of teaching and group practice teaching,carry out theory and skill assessment analysis finally. Results The average pass rate of the six knowledge modules was 97.8%,and the average pass rate of 6 skill modules was 97%,and the overall teaching effect was excellent. Conclusion The older ages and general low educational background of students were analyzed,combined with the practical work of theory teaching methods such as case teaching method and PBL teaching method,the teaching methods of teaching and grouping practice are mainly practiced in the teaching of skills, and the teaching effect is good.
