摘要
目的评价在ICU综合征预防中采用综合护理干预措施的护理效果。方法本实验研究样本选自我院收治的1607例重症ICU患者,样本选取时段为2016年3月~2017年3月期间,采用随机数字法进行分组,803例予以常规护理干预措施患者设定为对照组,804例予以综合护理干预措施患者设定为实验组,将两组患者临床护理效果(患者护理满意度、ICU综合征发生率)进行比照和评价。结果相比照于对照组患者,实验组患者的护理满意度得以显著提升,同时ICU综合征发生率得以明显降低,两组以上比照数据比较,统计学具有意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU患者护理中予以综合护理干预可对ICU综合征进行预防,在临床护理中值得应用和推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prevention of ICU syndrome. Methods A total of 1607 patients with severe ICU were enrolled in this study.The samples were selected from March 2016 to March 2017 by random number method.803 patients in control group were given routine nursing interventions.804 patients in experimental group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical nursing effect（patient care satisfaetion,ICU syndrome）of the two groups were compared and evaluated. Results Compared with the control group,the satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was significantly improved,and the incidence of ICU syndrome was significantly reduced. Compared with the data,the statistical significance was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can be used to prevent ICU syndrome in ICU patients,and it is worthy of application and promotion in clinical nursing.
