摘要
ICU综合征是因为心理压力所导致的疾病,除自身表现出烦躁焦虑、言语错乱、思维紊乱、抑郁恐惧等反应外,严重者可能会发生自伤、自杀、伤人等过激行为。入住ICU患者患ICU综合征的成因很多,ICU医护人员要加强对ICU综合征的认识,针对其患症原因,采取有针对性的措施。工作中要精益求精,认真做好对ICU综合征及患者的预防、医护和防范工作,既要给患者在ICU提供更舒适和更人性化的医护服务,又要防止ICU综合征暴力行为的发生;既要确保患者的安全,又要保护好医护人员自身的安全,通过ICU医护人员共同努力,把ICU综合征暴力行为发生率和产生的危害降到最低。
ICU syndrome is a disease caused by psychological pressure,which manifests irritability and anxiety,paraphasia,thinking disorders,depression and fear,or even self-injury,suicidal,assault and other acute behaviors.There are many factors causing ICU syndrome for ICU patients.Medical staffs in ICU should strengthen their understanding of ICU syndrome,take cause-specific and effective measures,strive for excellence in work,and complete the prevention,nursing and protection work for patients with ICU syndrome.They should not only provide more comfortable and humanized medical and nursing services in ICU,but also prevent the occurrence of ICU syndrome violence.They need to not only guarantee the patients＇ safety,but also protect the safety of medical staffs.The occurrence rate of ICU syndrome violence and its harm should be reduced to the minimum through the joint effort of ICU medical staffs.
