摘要
目的探究门诊电子喉镜检查前患者健康教育的重要性。方法选取2017年1~3月我院620例门诊电子喉镜检查患者,按随机数字表法分成A、B两组,每组310例,A组患者采用常规护理,B组加上健康教育,在检查后通过问卷调查,对患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪、知识掌握情况及满意度进行了解。结果经过健康教育后,B组的焦虑评分和抑郁评分明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组知识掌握率为95.16%,明显高于A组的85.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组满意度为94.52%,明显高于A组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊电子喉镜检查前患者健康教育能够显著改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高知识掌握水平及对护理人员的满意度,在喉镜检查的护理过程中十分重要。
Objective To explore the importance of health education for patient before electronic laryngoscope examination in outpatient department. Methods 620 patients of outpatients with electronic laryngoscope examination from January 2017 to March.2017 in our hospital were selected.They were divided into A and B group according to the random number table,310 cases in each group.Patients in group A were given routine care,while patients in group B were given health education on the basis of group A.The anxiety,depression,knowledge mastery and satisfaction of the patients were analyzed by questionnaire survey after the examination. Results After health education,the anxiety score and depression score of B group were lower than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05);The knowledge mastery rate of group B was 95.16%,which was higher than that of group A (85.16%),and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05);The satisfaction rate of group B was 94.52%,which was significantly higher than that of group A (80%),and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Health education for patient before outpatient electronic laryngoscope examination can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of patients, improve the level of knowledge and the satisfaction for nursing staff, which is very important in the nursing process of laryngoscopy.
